 Agwalima wata bishiya ce mai ganye launin kore da kananin rassa wacce take haifuwar diya

masu tsami amma kuma tsamin mai dan zaki ne ba kamar na tsamiya ba.Ana samun wannan bishiyar a jamhuriyar Benin,Togo,Ghana da kuma Nigeria.Yorubawa suna kiranta da suna Agbalumo,su kuma Igbo suna mata suna da Udara.A yayinda su kuma Hausawa suke amfani da harshen yarbanci inda suke kiranta da Agwalima.

Ana samun diyan agwalima tsakanin watan December zuwa Aprilu a lokacin ne bishiyar ke haifuwa.

Ya'yan agwalima nada yauki kamar na cingam akoi dimbin sinadiran vitamins da wasu minerals masu amfanar jikin dan adam da yaki da wasu cutuka.

Dukda yake amfi shan diyan agwalami amma kuma ba diyan agwalimane kadai ake amfani dasu ba,akan yi amfani da ganyen da kuma 6awan bishiyar dan yin maganin wasu cutuka a tsarin maganin gargajiya na wasu kasashe a Africa.

Binciken masana da dama ya tabbatar da cewa agwalima na kumshe da vitamins da minerals kamar su iron,ascorbic acid,folate,car

bohydrate,sodium,vitamin B6,zinc,magnesi

um,calcium

,manganese,vitamin K,Vit B1,crude fibre,potassium,alkaloides,flavonoids,saponin

s,terpenoids,titerpenoids,Calcium,da sauransu.

Mujallar nan ta African journal of pharmacy and pharmacology,da aka wallafa a watan satumba shekara ta 2009 ta ayyana cewa " ganyen bishiyar agwalima yana maganin ciwon suga bayan sun kaddamarda wani bincike ta amfani da ganyen ga zomaye masu ciwon suga(diabetics rabbits).

Diyan agwalima na karfafa karfin kassan jiki dana hakora a sabili da samuwar sinadirin Calcium a cikinta.

Agwalima tana maganin ciwon hakora da bayan gari mai tauri da kuma kurajen harshe ko na baki saboda akoi vitamin C sosai a cikinsa.

Agwalima tana taimakawa mata masu juna biyu saboda tsamin dake gareta yana maganin yawan tashin zuciya ko yawan yin amai dake addabar mata a lokacin da suke fama da lailayin ciki.

Ganyen bishiyar agwalima na taimakawa sosai dan maganin cutukan fata a jikin dan adam.

Ana amfani da ya'yanta bayan ansha sai a nike su a maidasu gari dan hada wasu magunnan wasu cutuka masu kwazaba.

Wani masani harkar tsirran itatuwa mai suna Orijajogun etal (2013) ya bada tabbacin cewa

agwalima na daukeda saponins,tannis

,triterperiods,alkanoids,volatile oil,steroids,resins da balsam.

A cewarsa "agwalima na maganin cutukan zuciya da cancer da kuma oxidative stress "

Ana amfani da ganyen bishiyar agwalima dan maganin malaria da kuma ciwon shawara.

Ana amfani da ganyen dan magance kaikayin gaba da wasu cutukan dake kama gaban mata na sanyi ko makamancin haka.

Ganyen na maganin cutukan ciki da gudawa da rashin iya bahaya a yanda ya kamata.

Ana amfani da ganyen dan tsaida zubar jini da ciwo ko rauni ga kafa ko hannu ko wane sashe na jiki.

yawan shan agwalima ko shan fiye da kima kan haifarda quna a zuciya (heart burn)
